The Site is here at last, its a bit sparse at the moment as we have only just got started. We have just had exams so we haven't been able to work on here much and we had to publish the site after 28 days so I'm afraid you will just have to make do with whats on offer. We will update and tell you when we have and whats new etc etc and hope you enjoy it!
Greetings, fellow Tolkeholics (actually, that sounds pretty sexist doesn't it?) OK, greetings Tolkeholics. Unless, you're not a Tolkeholic, in which case just greetings. We are two girlies from somewhere in England, who are, surprisingly, Tolkeholics. I am The Original Tolkeholic (TOT for short), I haunt this place as many other names, we may refer to them at some time so just so you dont get confused, I am also, Tina, Scrat, Tintins, Galadriel......I think that's it, probably not. My second in command is known as Gandalf the Sparkly, so called because of her obsession with.....Gandalf. (What? He's sexy, OK? is her argument, mine is you have Orlando Bloom and Viggo and you go for the gay old bearded one?WHY?) She is also known as Charlotte, Charlie, Narlie, Talie(notice a trend here), one of The Ones With The Facial Hair (knew that vodka was a bad idea) and Aragorn. We are both still at school, unfortunatly, (you see how I'm not divulging too much information here?)and we are both single (though updates will be given on this).
How it all began...
TOT: I think that a webpage to commemorate Tolkien and Lord of the Rings would be a great thing to do, we could fill it with our spoofs and everything, it will be sooooo much fun.
GTS: What about me?
TOT: You can be second in command, my helper, very important job.
GTS: So I'm Grima to your Saruman, then!
TOT: Yes. (under breath "more like Baldrick to my Blackadder")
GTS: (GTS is too lost in the moment to notice or care) Did you see what I did there? I bought real life and the movie *together*
TOT: Yes, well done you.
GTS: I'm Watson to your Sherlock, Robin to your Batman, Yorrick to your Hamlet, I'm...
TOT: Look your getting irrelivent now this has nothing to do with LotR and anyway doesn't Yorrick die...?
GTS: ...and me and TOT, we are now, *together* But not like that!
TOT: Yes. Quite.
*It is much better if you have seen the programme, Return to Middle-Earth, if not you will be confused, I reccomend that you just smile and nod.
TOT would just like to point out that GTS is very much an equal, joint owner, creator and maker of this site, GTS is NOT normally like this and it unfair for TOT to portray GTS like this *sniggers*. But she is going to anyway.
